Refund & Return Policy
At Zaralyn Jewellery, every piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
We offer a 3-day return window, which means you must raise a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Important Requirements

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.

The video must show the sealed package being opened and the product condition clearly.

Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
Requests without proper video proof may be declined.
Refund Method
We do not provide cash refunds.
Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases. The gift card has no expiry.
Reverse Shipping Charges
A reverse pickup fee of βΉ60 per order will be deducted from the total refund amount when issuing store credit.
Store credit will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Share a clear 360Β° unboxing video highlighting the issue.
Once verified, store credit equivalent to the damaged product value will be issued after the item is returned and inspected.
Return Due to Dislike
If you wish to return a product due to personal preference:

Raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Reverse shipping charges of βΉ60 will apply.
Approved returns will receive store credit after quality inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or special offers

Combo sets or gift box items (individual pieces cannot be returned separately)

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Used or damaged products not reported within the allowed time
Pickup & Logistics
After raising a return request, please remain available for reverse pickup calls. Missed pickups may delay the process. In some locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the product through an alternate courier service.
Order Cancellation
Due to operational processing timelines, order cancellations are not supported once an order is placed. We request customers to review their order carefully before confirming purchase.
